Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:

Minimum education of Bachelor Degree (S1) in Engineering, preferable in Civil Engineering.
At least 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor or related with commercial/project cost controller/cost planner in Engineer Project Management support to mining business.
Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good budget handling skills.
Willing to work in flexible hours to suit Project requirements.
Willing to be placed in all project (Assignment: Site).

Civil Estimator

Requirements:

Minimum education of Bachelor Degree (S1), preferable in Engineering.
At least 3 years of experience as an Estimator.
May require acting as Lead Estimator
Willing to work overtime.
Assisgnment at Jakarta and willing to travel (local and overseas) for site visits as well as occasional short term assignments to work in other Petrosea / Clough offices, partners offices etc.
Have a technical background of design, calculation, project site supervision.
Technical expertise in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Autocad.
