Experience with instance tuning and SQL tuning; Have an excellent knowledge of PHP, SQL, XHTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Ability to multi task & prioritize under ever changing & challenging workloads; quickly understand complex problems and devise effective solutions.
    Knowledge of OEM, Diagnostic, Tuning, Configuration and Change Management Packs.

Duties :

Installing and maintaining databases.
Administration of the database including performance monitoring and tuning.
Taking part in the preparation and execution of technical tests.
Populating a database with new information or transfer existing data into it.
Creating back up copies of data.
Excellent experience in Installation and configuration of different databases on Operating Systems UNIX and Windows platforms.
Planning and scheduling the Physical (Cold/Hot) backups as well as Logical backups
Daily maintenance of firewall protection and file security.
Responsible for database security and also preventing data loss.
Identifying and escalating immediately any risks to the database service.
Involved in the design of physical database schema, data modeling, and performance tuning.
Implemented database refresh using full export for table level and full database defragmentation, resulting in improved performance and effective space management.
Generated reports from the database using PL/SQL and SQL.
Managed and resolved design issues during development stage. Worked closely with developers.

Requirements :

University graduate.
Over 5 years experience in IT Industry working as DBA in Development.
Had done various projects for Backup and recovery, Disaster recovery, Installation, Configuration, Migration, upgrade, cloning, patching, Performance Tuning.
Experience in management tools like VM Ware, Web Design and SQL Developer.
Provided 24×7 Remote/on-call production supports.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Good speaking of Putonghua or Cantonese is a plus.
