We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in the building construction or any related industry (Civil Engineering). Our client is a large landscaping company working on a project to develop Treasure Bay in Lagoi, Bintan.

Responsibilities:

– Organize and oversee the site to ensure safety and maintain quality;

– Supervise the contracted staff and motivate the workforce;

– Liaise with clients and subcontractors and resolve any issues at hand;

– Provide information about the progress of the project to clients and higher management;

– Ensure that the project is on schedule and that the quality is of the work is good.

Requirements:

– Living in Riau Islands province and willing to be working in Bintan;

– At least of 3 years of experience in construction/building in a supervisory or management position;

– In possession of at least a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or other discipline relevant to the position;

– Strong leadership skills – able to express authority and to speed up the progress of the project;

– Good communication skills, fluent both oral as written in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
