This position is responsible to drive and manage corporate culture activation and employee engagement activities, including conduct and follow up the implementation of employee engagement survey result. This position will work closely with key stakeholders, employee relation, employer branding and values ambassador to promote a positive organizational culture as well as to create and execute internal employee engagement activities and campaigns.
