TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy & Planning
Understand AJMI overall Vision and Goals to execute and implement detail Sales Activity Strategy in Area
Work with Bank Partner Key Person in Area to make sure the business running on track
Ensure Sales Person doing the strategy based on activity planning
Day to Day Operation
Control Sales process activity to make sure the activity is on track with Regional Strategy so the result will achieve the business plan
Ensure the quality of Sales process, to minimize fraud and Customer complain in Financial Services level
Manage the overall manpower and resourcing plan based on Sales KPI
Leadership & People Management
Support Manager Promotion Panel (Manager Development Program) by developing reach Empowering Level to fulfill Organization needed and support internal promotion program
Coach and development detail sales activity strategy to Sales Managers and FS
Personal Development
Adopt AJMI culture of professionalism, integrity, effectiveness, dynamic, and customer centric attitude contributing to internal environment
Undertake relevant training and personal development course as mapped by HR Department & Academy

JOB REQUIREMENT
Bachelor degree from any major
Passionate in sales which proven with good sales track and experiences
Experience for working for financial industry will be a beneficial aspect
Good communication skill with extend of persuasive and team coordination
