Requirements

HRD Staff (HRD – 06)

Requirements

Preferably S1 Psychology.
Good understanding about the systems and procedures for HR work area.
Mastering the system of recruitment and training.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian manpower regulation.

General Affair Staff (GAD – 06)

Requirements

Male.
Preferably S1 Law.
Understanding the personnel and the general affair work area
Understanding the employment contract / SPK and industrial relations.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian manpower regulation.

Finance Auditor (AUD – 06)

Requirements

Male.
Preferably S1 Accounting.
Mastering the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
Good understanding about taxation and financial management.
Mastering the audit science and techniques (experienced in the field of audit).
Previous experience in public accounting firm (KAP).

Marketing Administration Staff (MMD – 06)

Requirements

Preferably D3/S1 Marketing Management.
Good understanding about the tender rules in bith directly and electronically.
Good understanding about the production process of manufacturing in general.
Experienced in the field of marketing/sales.

Public Relation Staff (PRD – 06)

Requirements

Preferably S1 Management, Communication Studies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experienced in the field of public relations.

General Requirements

Maximum age of 30 years old;
Preferably graduated from state university (PTN) with minimum GPA of 2.75;
Active in English language;
Computer literate (Microsoft Office and Internet applications);
Required experience for minimum 1-2 years in the related field.
